We open at 11:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends and public holidays. Before then there are no bookings, programs or member visits.

Alcohol

We don't sell alcohol, and you can't bring any in.

Frequently asked

Do we get the whole venue?: Yes. General entry is closed for those hours. Only our team stays, to look after the water and the event.
How far in advance should we enquire?: The date must be confirmed at least 5 weeks ahead. Quotes take time, so enquire earlier. For popular dates or large groups, enquire 6 weeks or more ahead.
How many people can attend?: There is a limit. Lockers are split by gender, so a group weighted to one side reaches it sooner. Tell us your expected headcount and we'll confirm what's possible.
Is there a minimum group size?: No fixed minimum. From around 8 people we suggest a hire; for smaller groups, regular booking.
What kind of events can we host?: We don't take externally ticketed events. For that kind of idea, we can look at whether it fits a drop we run.
What's included?: Exclusive use, our team on site, towels and amenities, and the sound system as standard. The rest are add-ons.
Can we bring food and drinks?: No alcohol, brought in or sold. Food is discussed when you enquire, and we can connect you with local partners.
What about music?: The house playlist by default. If you'd like a DJ, we can help book our residents, or set up for one you bring.
What times are available?: Mornings before we open first. Regular hours can be arranged. A standard visit is two hours, so for an evening hire general entry closes two and a half hours before you start.
How much does it cost?: There's no price list. We quote by date, hours, group size and add-ons. The quote includes payment and cancellation terms.
What should we bring? Any age limit?: Swimwear or quick-dry performance wear. Towels and amenities are provided. Everyone must be 19 or over, hire included.
